BERLIN: The co-leader of the far-right nationalist Alternative for Germany party has dismissed the Nazi era as a "speck of chook poop in additional than 1,000 years of a success German history,'' triggering an uproar on social media.
The DPA information agency says Alexander Gauland advised the party's early life movement Saturday that Germans should take duty for 12 years of rule by Adolf Hitler and his Nazi party, but claimed it is only a small part of Germany's history.
