NEW DELHI: A 28-year-old UPSC aspirant allegedly dedicated suicide in his flat in central Delhi’s Rajendra Nagar on Sunday night. The incident passed off hours after he was once denied entry at the examination centre for achieving late.
DCP (central) Mandeep Singh Randhawa mentioned the sufferer, Varun Subhash Chandran, was once from Kumta village in Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka.
