Delhi youth abducts, kills cousin for Rs 1cr

NEW DELHI: A 25-year-old man was once arrested on Thursday for abducting and killing his teenage cousin for a ransom of Rs 1 crore. He had roped in his pals to take the boy, Sahil Mehra (17), to a safe area and regulate him whilst he pretended to join the search.
The accused, Pankaj, had even dissuaded his uncle, Santram Mehra, from informing police. However, the boy’s father panicked after receiving the ransom name and dialled the PCR. Pankaj then requested his pals to shoot Sahil and unload his body in a canal at Muradnagar in UP.

The incident was once reported at Nand Nagri police station on Tuesday evening via Sahil’s circle of relatives. A staff led via DCP (northeast) Atul Thakur and Crime Branch was once shaped to trace down the abductor.
