GHAZIABAD: A 17-year-old bodily challenged girl has alleged gang rape by way of an auto driver and his accomplice on Wednesday. The girl said she had boarded a shared auto from Old Bus Stand in Ghaziabad around 11pm while returning from a factory where she works.
According to the girl, who is from Amethi in UP, the automobile driver and his accomplice took her to the rented lodging of a friend, Ravi, in Garima Garden of Sahibabad instead of dropping her house where they took turns to rape her.
Ravi, a juice supplier who have been allegedly asked by way of the automobile driver and his accomplice to take a walk outdoor, has been arrested.
“I don’t know any of the men. The auto driver asked me to board the vehicle while I was looking forward to public shipping to go back house. He informed me he's a clean person and I may safely board his auto. He asked me to attend till he picked up more passengers. He took me via a number of lanes and by-anes. On the way, he referred to as up a friend on his cell phone. He took me to a room. I referred to as up the police keep watch over room after the incident. The auto driver and his pal fled instantly,” the girl said in her criticism.
An FIR below has been registered below IPC sections 376D (gang rape) and related sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 on the foundation of the criticism filed by way of the girl. A clinical exam was carried out on the girl on Thursday and its reviews are awaited.
“The auto driver and his pal had used Ravi’s rented lodging for committing the crime after asking him to move out for around half-an-hour.
