She had a phrase with the company which manufactures disposable glasses and plates. She learnt that to make three glasses, one glass water is used that implies by using water, plastic is produced and then after serving water in the similar glasses, it is disposed of resulting in pollution.
This gave her idea of crockery financial institution. She started the financial institution with 100 glasses and 100 plates.
