Hyderabad: Fast track court acquits BJP leader

HYDERABAD: A fast monitor courtroom in Nampally on Wednesday acquitted senior BJP MLA Kishan Reddy in a 2010 case, where in he sat for dharna in front of his celebration place of job, Nampally, allegedly in disobedience of police order. This is the first case a judgement used to be delivered, ever since a quick monitor courtroom in Nampally used to be set up on the instructions of Supreme Court to take care of MLA or MP cases.


The courtroom acquitted the Kishan Reddy, because of loss of proof as Abids police failed to provide any subject matter or other clinching proof all the way through the trial. It used to be on June 28, 2010 a case used to be registered towards Kishan Reddy and two others- Praveen and Mohammed Basheer Ahmed- beneath sections 188 ( Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint) of IPC.
