Chief trainer Harendra Singh wrote to Hockey India president Rajinder Singh on Saturday complaining concerning the poor high quality of food being served to the avid gamers on the Sports Authority of India (SAI) centre right here. The trainer additionally complained about unhealthy hygiene in the kitchen (the bugs, and the hair).
In his letter, Singh, who first raised this issue because the nationwide girls’s team trainer, states: “...The food high quality at Bangalore SAI centre has been smartly underneath par for a certified unit. There is over the top oil and fat during (in the food), bones with rarely any meat. In some instances, avid gamers and personnel have found bugs, bugs and hair in the food.
