GURUGRAM: Days after the human assets manager of a Japanese company used to be attacked via a disgruntled worker, who lost his activity in March, the company received a written risk on Tuesday, demanding the company sack the HR manager “or face consequences”.
The typed letter (TOI has a duplicate) addressed to the plant head, demanded that the company terminate the contracts of HR manager Dinesh Sharma (50) and his junior, who had helped him reach medical institution. “We have no problems with the company. But now we have problems with Dinesh Sharma and some other Sharma [Dinesh’s junior]. Terminate them in 15 days or else different employees of the company can be focused,” reads the letter.
Commissioner of police Sandeep Khirwar mentioned they've registered an FIR in the case. “The matter is beneath investigation,” he mentioned.
Police has supplied a security guard on the space of Dinesh Sharma, although his members of the family don't seem to be happy. “It’s almost a week since Dinesh used to be attacked, however nothing substantive has took place. Police have arrested simplest two other folks so far, and so they continue to factor threats,” mentioned a family member of Dinesh, who did not want to be recognized, fearing risk.
