MADURAI: The Madurai bench of the Madras high court docket on Thursday quashed all prison complaints against DMDK founder Vijayakanth in a case pertaining to clashes among attorneys inside a district classes court docket at Nagercoil in Tamil Nadu in 2013.
The Kottar police had registered an FIR against the actor-turned-politician below more than a few sections, together with Section 307 (try to murder), of the IPC.
The FIR have been registered on a criticism filed through the then Kanyakumari district public prosecutor, A Gnanasekar. The public prosecutor had contended that Vijayakanth had stared at him and gesticulated his males to attack him.
