Odisha: Crime Branch issues advisory to SPs to dispel child lifting rumours

BHUBANESWAR: In the wake of spurt in incidents of mob attack on strangers, who're being suspected as baby kidnappers, the state Crime Branch on Tuesday sounded high alert and issued an advisory to district superintendents of police (SPs) to take steps to forestall such crimes.
