Police seek custody of 3 accused in fake currency note case

Coimbatore: The town police have sought the custody of 3 accused in the pretend currency observe case for 10 days. The plea would arise for listening to earlier than the judicial magistrate-VII, R Pandey, on Friday.

While B Ananth and S Kithar Mohammed have been arrested by means of town police for printing and circulating pretend currency notes, the third accused, Sundar, had surrendered earlier than the judicial Justice of the Peace on Wednesday.


When the police produced Kithar earlier than the courtroom on Wednesday, they filed a plea looking for the custody of all of the three for 10 days for additional investigation. All the three shall be produced earlier than the courtroom to Friday when the Justice of the Peace would listen the plea.


It is to be famous that B Ananth used to be the first one to arrested with 4 reproduction currency notes in the denomination of Rs 2,000 on Saturday. During the subsequent raid on his premises, the police confiscated about 5,904 pretend currency notes in the denomination of Rs 2000. Subsequently, Kithar used to be arrested and manhunt for Sundar used to be launched.
