COIMBATORE: A day after a 47-year-old businessman used to be found hacked to death in an isolated position close to Anaimalai, the rural police on Tuesday said they think the involvement of his buddies in the crime.
Police said K Kandasamy, of Vadugapalayam close to Pollachi, may had been murdered over some financial dispute. On Tuesday, they quizzed the friends of the deceased and other personal financiers. “We feel that there used to be a business reason behind the murder. We have interrogated more than 25 people, including his buddies, thus far. But we're yet to determine the true reason behind the crime,” a senior police legitimate said.
