GURUGRAM: One day in 2015, at the premises of a town branch of an NGO she was running for, Ruchi Dhona stumbled upon a library. Eager to take the books to kids in close by villages, she got a few pals to pool in cash. As further appeal for the kids, she added some puzzles and movie books.
