Tenders worth Rs 255 crore issued to set up plant

NOIDA: Noida Authority has floated three separate tenders to ask engineers, planners and designers for setting up the waste-to-energy plant in Sector 123. The total finances is Rs 254.9 crore. Once the businesses are taken on board, the execution of the venture may just take no less than two years.

The plant is predicted to transform forged waste generated from town into renewable energy.


The first delicate has requested an offer for a private-public partnership for the establishment of the waste-to-energy gasoline plant.The invitation for a budget price Rs 200 crore is for development, operation and transfer of the venture to the Authority. The remaining date for the delicate is June 15.


The 2nd delicate has been floated for door-to-door collection of municipal forged waste of all of the space, which incorporates medical handling, garage and transportation to designated waste processing and disposal site. The amount slotted for this venture is Rs 40 crore and the overall date of utility is June 15.


The 3rd delicate is for design and development of the engineered sanitary landfill for transient garage of municipal forged waste. The finances for this is Rs 14.9 crore. The remaining date is June 8.
