NEW DELHI: Two youths had been killed when their scooter was hit via a car in the Civil Lines space of North Delhi on Saturday, police mentioned.
Akshat Kamboj, 24, and Vikhyat Pandit, 25, from Haryana had been attending coaching categories for a legislation examination in Mukherjee Nagar in North Delhi, deputy commissioner of police Jatin Narwal mentioned.
