JAIPUR: A 20-year-old lady from Jajpur district was once allegedly held captive and raped via 4 males for 12 days, according to a criticism lodged via her with police.

The inspector-in-charge of Binjharpur police station S B Das mentioned the lady had fallen in love with a man of her locality a few months in the past. The man was once in bodily relation along with her at the pretext of marriage.
"The man had allegedly called the woman on phone for their marriage in a temple in Jajpur on June 7 and took her to a house there and raped her. Later, another man joined him and the survivor was raped by them for two days," Das mentioned.
The two males then took her to Bhubaneswar and stored her in a relative's space where two other males joined them and raped the lady after drugging her, he mentioned. pti
She managed to flee on June 19 night time and communicated her ordeal to her oldsters over phone, the police mentioned, including her family members rescued her from a place in Bhubaneswar and instantly took her to an area health facility.
"We have recorded the statement of the woman and a case has been registered. One person has been arrested and search is on for the three other accused," police mentioned. PTI
