GREATER NOIDA: A former CEO of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, P C Gupta, and 20 others have been booked for allegedly obtaining 57.15 hectares of land at an inflated value from family and acquaintances even though the land actually had no application.
The FIR states that Gupta informed his family and acquaintances in regards to the acquisition prematurely, and the latter purchased the land from farmers. The FIR states that the accused Swadesh Gupta is nephew of CEO P C Gupta.

Gupta didn't respond to repeated calls and textual content for a remark.
