AMBALA: Keeping in view the alert on flood scenarios within the district due to monsoon rain, the Ambala administration has canceled the holidays of the entire officials. The administration has also appealed spiritual, social and NGOs to offer toughen for crisis control, if in case preparations for folks to stay and meals can also be facilitated at their premises. The administration claims that the cleansing technique of drainages in Ambala has been done neatly, subsequently possibilities of waterlogging are less.
"The meteorology department has suspected heavy rain in coming days, therefore the district administration has issued an alert. Suspecting the danger of flood, holidays of officials have been canceled. The district administration has prepared a plan in advance in coordination with different departments and religious groups in order to keep the public safe in case of any disaster," stated Ambala Cantt SDM Subhash Sihag.
