AHMEDABAD: State govt has decided to make Gujarati compulsory in the entire colleges in Gujarat from August, without reference to the boards particularly CBSE, ICSE, IB, CISEC and IGCSE they may be affiliated to.

The resolution to make Gujarati compulsory would come into impact from the instructional 12 months beginning June.
