CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana prime court has awarded Rs five lakh reimbursement to a chemist of Bhikhi the city in Mansa district for false implication by means of the Mansa Police in a Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) case.
