MONTREAL: A heatwave in Quebec has killed at least 19 folks up to now week as prime summer temperatures scorched japanese Canada, health officers said on Wednesday.

A government warmth caution is in position for the region, however meteorologists are forecasting a drop in temperatures on the end of the week.
