GURUGRAM: When Mahipal Singh, a sepoy with the Indian Army, went to withdraw cash from the SBI’s Bhiwani branch in April, he had no wisdom that he was once a sufferer of ATM card cloning. He wanted to withdraw cash and lend it to his pal. But, the financial institution declined his cheque claiming inadequate stability.
Shocked, Singh asked the financial institution legit for an elaborate reason for refusing to encash his cheque. He was once informed that Rs 2 lakh was once withdrawn from his account in January.
