NEW DELHI: A 16-year-old widow, whose ‘husband’ had allegedly dedicated suicide two months in the past, was stabbed to loss of life via 3 men in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur on Monday evening. The killer was known because the elder brother of the sufferer’s husband’s elder brother, who had blamed the girl for his brother’s loss of life.
DCP (southeast) Chinmoy Biswal stated that the accused, Amit (23), was arrested and charged underneath IPC for murder (Section 302). Teams are also in search of two of his pals, who are yet to be known.
The incident took place on Monday evening at Tajpur Pahari in Badarpur. Locals discovered a woman lying in a pool of blood and rushed her to a close-by health center, where she was declared brought useless.
The sufferer’s grandparents, who noticed the incident, told law enforcement officials that Amit came with two men and stabbed her more than one occasions. Amit’s brother, Ayush, had allegedly dedicated suicide and Amit had blamed the girl for his loss of life.
The accused, after being arrested from Faridabad, told law enforcement officials that he killed the girl to avenge his brother’s loss of life. Ayush had a love marriage with the sufferer six months in the past. He, on the other hand, dedicated suicide two months in the past and no suicide observe was recovered from the spot.
Since then, the girl had returned to her family after her in-laws started blaming and taunting her for her husband’s loss of life. On Monday, she went to her grandparents’ space but was being adopted via Amit and his pals.
Cops are scanning the CCTV pictures from the world to establish the id of the two suspects. The lady’s body was handed over to the family after autopsy.
