KAITHAL: Solan police have arrested a 34-year-old lady, her paramour and one more individual for the murder of lady's husband. While the woman has been known as Anita, the opposite accused is Ajay, who claims to be an occultist. The 3rd accused has been known as Ajay's father Ashok.
The accused reportedly killed Rishipal (48) in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh and buried his body in a 15-foot-deep pit and coated it with concrete in Kyodak village of Kaithal district in Haryana.
Rishipal hailed from Shamli district of Uttar Pardesh and used to be married in Kyodak village of Kaithal district in Haryana. He used to be employed with the Khadi Board division in Solan and have been dwelling there along with his circle of relatives.
Solan superintendent of police (SP) Madhusudan advised TOI that they had won a grievance from the deceased's brother on June 17 and then a case of kidnapping used to be registered at Kasauli police station in Solan.
During investigation it used to be published that Anita had illicit relations with Ajay, who belongs to the similar village as hers, and he incessantly used to seek advice from their space in Solan.
Ajay and Anita had planned to murder Rishipal because of their affair, the SP said, including that all through investigation Ajay had confessed to his crime and mentioned that he had murdered Rishipal with Anita's assist and buried the body in 15-feet-deep pit at his home in Kyodak village.
In his confession, Ajay said that they first laced Rishipal's food with sedative then killed him. Later, Ajay brought the body at his home in Kaithal.
Body of the deceased have been exhumed with assist of JCB device from Ajay's space and sent for postmortem exam in Solan district, the SP added.
Lalit Kumar, sadar police station space officer (SHO) in Kaithal, said local police had no role in the case and topic used to be being investigated via the Himachal Pradesh police. He added police have no information of any legal document in opposition to Ajay in the district.
