NEW DELHI: The Friday morning rush hour traffic on DDU Marg was once changed by mourners thronging the BJP celebration headquarters for a last glimpse of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Crowds started construction as early as 8am with the aam janta lining up on the celebration workplace.
