WASHINGTON: The United States on Friday imposed sanctions on two Myanmar infantry divisions and four Myanmarese people for human rights abuses.
In a statement on its website, the USA Treasury Department said it was once sanctioning Myanmar's 33rd and 99th light infantry divisions underneath a sanctions program that objectives folks and entities for human rights abuses.
