Talking to newshounds here, Ambedkar said issuance of ordinance and acquisition of disputed land for the temple building weren't feasible choices.

"Conduct a referendum on construction of Ram temple," he said.


"Who is RSS and who is Mohan Bhagwat?" he said when requested about RSS leader's call for all through the annual Vijayadashmi rally this yr that an ordinance be brought to enable the construction of temple.
