Markets start lower, Sensex down nearly 150 points; Nifty below 10,600

NEW DELHI: After a robust 'Muhurat' session, markets on Friday began weak with the benchmark BSE Sensex dropping nearly 150 points and the wider NSE Nifty buying and selling underneath the 10,600-mark. Sensex dropped 142 points or zero.41 in step with cent to 35,095, while Nifty stood 31 points or zero.29 in step with cent down at 10,567.

Bharti Airtel, Wipro, Infosys, ITC and ONGC were a few of the best losers on the BSE index, down up to 2.68 in step with cent. On NSE, sub-indices Nifty IT and Metal misplaced up to zero.43 in step with cent.
