GUWAHATI: Congress legislator and previous minister Mazel Ampareen Lyngdoh stated on Monday that had the Meghalaya Democratic Alliance (MDA) executive within the state not been in a denial mode, the tragic incident of 15 miners getting trapped within the Ksan space of the East Jaintia Hills, shouldn't have happened.
