VIJAYAWADA: Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that the bifurcation of the prime court at this point of time used to be to save YSR Congress leader Jaganmohan Reddy from the more than a few cases pending against him.

The open position in the CMO can be lined with brief sheds to accommodate the offices of advocates and their clerks. The administrative group of workers of the HC can be accommodated in the state visitor house, the CM added.
Meanwhile, the new leader justice of the AP prime court, Justice Ch Praveen Kumar, can be sworn in on January 1 on the Indira Gandhi municipal company stadium in the town.
Governor ESL Narasimhan would administer the oath to the new leader justice, who would then administer the oath to different judges who've been allocated to the state. The prime court will serve as on the CMO from January 1 to 4 and might be closed for 20 days for Pongal from January 5.
