AHMEDABAD: Patidar leader Alpesh Kathiria, an in depth aide of quota agitation leader Hardik Patel, used to be arrested by the Surat city police on Friday on the fees of rioting and misbehaving with site visitors police.

Kathiria, earlier than his arrest, told journalists that a site visitors police inspector misbehaved with him, stuck him by the collar of his shirt and took him to Varachha police station.
"I only told the police that my car was well inside the parking area on the road. The inspector manhandled me without any provocation," he alleged.
