NOIDA: A man was once shot useless whilst some other one suffered bullet injuries after two unidentified assailants opened fire at them near HDFC Bank in Sector 46 in Noida on Thursday.
According to the police, the two miscreants were on a motorbike and they shot two pedestrians, who were going house after work.
“Both persons were labourers operating in Noida,” police said.
Ajay Pal Sharma, SSP of Gautam Budh Nagar, said that one person died on the spot while the other one is in vital condition and has been admitted to the district medical institution in Sector 30.
“Police got an Aadhaar card from the pocket of the injured person known as Harinath Singh (20) from Firozabad district in Uttar Pradesh however this isn't confirmed but that the Adhaar card belongs to him or now not,” Sharma said.
After the incident, the SSP take away the SHO of Sector 39 police station because of negligence.
