AHMEDABAD: It used to be shocking for a brother to look her 13-year-old sister’s lewd videos and pictures on a social media messaging app group, fascinated with his personal buddy Anil Vaghela of Amraiwadi.
The brother rushed home handiest to be told that Vaghela had scared her sister into posing for the videos, and now he used to be threatening to cause them to viral if she didn’t attend him every time he calls her.
The girl’s mother, a widow with six youngsters approached police as Vaghela had already made those pictures and videos viral on a social media group.
Sub-inspector of Amraiwadi police, C P Rao, stated according to the main points discussed in the FIR lodged via the lady’s mother they registered an offence in opposition to Vaghela below sections of molestation, threatening and POCSO and have arrested him.
According to the FIR, Vaghela used to talk over with the lady’s house as he used to be her brother’s buddy. “The teenager’s brother and Vaghela used to work in combination and the teenager used to treat Vaghela as her brother. But Vaghela steadily used to feign that he cherished her,” stated a senior police legit.
Police assets stated that in August 2018, Vaghela had taken the teenager to his house and forcibly taken lewd pictures and videos together with her.
“He then threatened her that if she didn't succumb to his demands he's going to make the pictures and videos viral on social media. The girl used to be so anxious that she didn't inform anyone concerning the incident,” stated an investigator.
By chance, on December 14, the teenager’s brother took place to look her more youthful sister’s lewd pics and videos on a social media messaging group. “The teenager then told her brother and mother concerning the misdeeds of Vaghela. They approached us and because the case wanted urgent consideration we arrested the accused,” stated a police legit.
