NAGPUR: The Nagpur head of the state anti-corruption bureau (ACB) PR Patil has been accused of hard sexual favours from a woman constable deployed underneath him.

Patil used to be booked for molestation through Sadar police on Tuesday according to the criticism of a 28-year-old lady constable. The lady mentioned she used to be targeted from August 2017 till October 12 this yr. Patil took over from Sanjay Darade as the unit leader for Nagpur in June closing yr.


City police leader BK Upadhyay mentioned the case can be investigated through the Sitabuldi department assistant commissioner of police. The criticism used to be filed sooner than the unit's committee towards sexual harassment of women on the administrative center, and an inquiry used to be carried out. After the committee discovered Patil accountable, ACB director-general Sanjay Barve directed the registration of a criticism.


She complained that Patil had repeatedly demanded sexual favours, and when she refused, maligned her reputation. She mentioned Patil despatched her many obscene messages.
