NOIDA: The main of a private college wherein two youngsters had been killed and 3 injured in a wall collapse was once arrested here on Tuesday, police said. Two children, elderly 10 and seven, had been killed when a wall of the varsity in Salarpur village collapsed Monday, prompting Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath to reserve a magisterial-level inquiry.
KM Public School main Sanjeev Kumar Jha was once hung on Tuesday close to his area in Sector 107 by means of officials of the Sector 49 police station, they said.
This is the primary arrest in the case wherein six folks have been booked for culpable murder no longer amounting to homicide, endangering lifetime of others beneath the Indian Penal Code and for cruelty in opposition to youngsters beneath the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

According to the FIR, the varsity development was once "too old and deteriorated" whilst the development paintings in the plot adjacent it was once being finished "without any official approval from the authorities concerned".
