Centralized filing counter inaugurated at district court

COIMBATORE: All prison circumstances can also be filed at one position with the inauguration of the centralized filing counter on the District Court Complex right here on Wednesday. Principal district judge R Sakthivel inaugurated the facility.

“Litigants and advocates needed to visit courts together with sub-courts to file prison circumstances, which was once a time-consuming procedure. But, with the advent of the centralized filing counter, they not more need to accomplish that,” a judicial supply said. “From now on, registration will happen on the counter and circumstances will be allocated to courts like sub-courts, munsif court and judicial Justice of the Peace courts. A kiosk that gives information about the status of circumstances was once inaugurated on the court premises in October. Litigants and advocates can know the status via getting into case type, number and 12 months. It additionally supplies information about judgements.
