Gurugram: The decomposed body of a person was discovered on a vacant plot in Sector 29 on Monday. According to the police, a PCR name was received round 3pm on Monday informing them about a body mendacity in the timber of a vacant plot.
“A police group reached the spot and located the body in a decomposed state. We did not find any report in his possession that would expose his identification,” mentioned Jagbir, SHO of Sector 29 police station. “Prima facie, it seems the man was murdered round 4 days ago after which his body was dumped here,” he added. A case has been registered in Sector 29 police station and the body has been stored in the mortuary.
In a similar case, villagers discovered a decomposed body of a disabled guy in Gwalpahari space on December 31. Police attempted to locate his members of the family for 3 days, failing which a post-mortem was performed. An FIR was registered at DLF-1 police station under sections 302 (murder) and 201 (destruction of proof) of the IPC on Sunday.
