NEW DELHI: A 30-year-old PhD scholar from Jawaharlal Nehru University died after falling off a rock in the ridge space subsequent to the campus, popularly known as Parthasarthy Rocks, on Sunday.
The scholar, Praveen Tiwari, was with a chum whom he had asked to shoot a video as he climbed the rocks and explained its characteristics. During the climb, a rock he held for strengthen, crumbled. Tiwari fell backwards right into a ditch and hit his head on a stone, leading to critical injuries. He was declared lifeless in health center.
