AMBALA: Railway officials on Saturday said that nearly 24 trains passing thru Ambala Cantonment junction had been affected due to foggy weather and within the coming days, the teach site visitors was anticipated to stay hit due to fog and cold conditions.


The officials knowledgeable that maintaining the delays in view, the railway have cancelled nearly 24 long distance together with five passenger trains under precautionary measures. For the ease to the passengers, the railway officials are ceaselessly pronouncing the cancellation thru various channels.


As per the guidelines supplied through the railway authentic, the trains which can remain cancelled as much as January 15 come with, 15209/15210 between Saharsa and Amritsar, 12331/12332 between Howrah and Jammu Tawi, 13005/13006 between Howrah and Amritsar, 13151/13152 between Howrah and Jammu Tawi, 13050 between Amritsar and Howrah, 14673/14674 between Amritsar and Jaynagar, 14523/14524 between Ambala and Barauni, 14217/14217 between Chandigarh and Prayagraj, 14615/14616 between Amritsar and Lal Kuan, 22423/22424 between Amritsar and Gorakhpur and some passengers trains between Ambala-Nangal Dam and Ambala-Kurukshetra.


Ambala Cantonment Station Director (SD) BS Gill knowledgeable that as of now, no Shatabdi trains have been cancelled or obstructed and concerning the cancelled trains the databases have been being updated instantly.
