NOIDA: Snarls were witnessed on the Maharaja Agrasen Marg despite diversions in place as 1000's visited department stores in Sector 18 for New Year’s Eve celebrations on Monday.
Since the entry of e-rickshaws, auto-rickshaws and cycle-rickshaws used to be barred on the stretch between Atta Chowk and Atta Peer, commuters had a easy run till about 5pm.
