PATIALA: The police here have booked a man beneath sections of IPC together with hurting modesty of girl for allegedly molesting his own 10-year-old daughter. The case has been registered on the complaint of lady’s mom who alleged that the accused molested her daughter and was once caught red-handed when she (complainant) entered the room.
The police also added phase 12 of the Protection of Children in opposition to Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act in opposition to the accused. The police printed that mom of the woman claimed she had gone out of the house to purchase some grocery pieces and had left her daughter at house. She further instructed the police that once she returned, she saw the accused was once molesting the woman.
However, the police got the commentary of the woman recorded within the courtroom beneath phase 164 of CrPC and claimed that the woman had nowhere levelled allegations in her commentary in opposition to her father.
The Station House Officer Model Town police sub-station, mentioned, "We have registered the case under sections of IPC and POCSO act against the accused and initiated the probe however no arrests have been made yet. The accused is working as a class four employee at Saket hospital in Patiala."
The police is however suspicious in regards to the complaint and claimed that the woman in her commentary didn't even indicate about any sexual abuse in spite of her mom had levelling the allegations on her behalf. The police mentioned that the relations between the husband and wife had became sour following a continual matrimonial dispute. The police claimed that investigation into the topic was once being achieved and further comments will also be given only after the probe is completed.
