KANPUR: An 80-year-old bedridden woman died after she used to be allegedly raped via a neighbour in Kanpur on Thursday night time. The accused, Amar in his early twenties, used to be arrested and booked on charges of rape and murder.
Family contributors of the outdated woman said she used to be suffering from a couple of illnesses and could not even discuss or stroll. "My mother could not resist or raise an alarm. Finding her room locked from inside, we repeatedly knocked at the door which was opened by Amar. When we rushed inside, she was lying in a pool of blood on her cot," the sufferer's son said.
"We took her to Ursula Horsman Hospital where doctors declared her dead," he said.
