Guwahati: The Assam BJP mentioned it is making plans to result in three lakh people at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public rally in Kamrup district’s Changsari, on the outskirts of the town, on February nine. Finance minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday mentioned arrangements are on to welcome the PM.
