Ambala: INLD-JJP dispute over office reaches SDM's court

AMBALA: The struggle between Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) and Jannayak Janata Party (JJP), when it comes to a belongings in Sector 8 of Ambala City, which surfaced closing week in Ambala, has reached town's sub-divisional magistrate court.

Ambala City DSP Ajit Kumar instructed TOI, "After registering a case, we have forwarded the case to the Ambala City SDM's court, which has summoned both the parties on February 20."

It is being claimed that the electrical energy invoice of the valuables has now not been paid for greater than two years, but in spite of that the connection has now not been cut by way of the electrical energy department. According to JJP workers, INLD workers illegally possessed the administrative center and didn't pay Rs 25,000 outstanding bills.

The electrical energy meter is in the name of 1 Jai Singh. He allegedly won a invoice from the electrical energy department, in keeping with which the closing cost of Rs 17,712 used to be made on December 28, 2016.

JJP state spokesman Vivek Chaudhary, who is the son of Jai Singh, stated, "At the moment, neither of us hold the possession of the property and the matter will be decided in SDM's court."

INLD district president Shishpal Jandheri stated, "As the office and property belong to INLD, the pending electricity bill will also be paid by us. We have all receipts of the previous bills. We have all the relevant documents and the case will definitely be decided in our favour. The property was transferred in the name of Jagbir Singh and payment was made from the official account of INLD. Vivek is presenting older documents."

Ambala City SDM, Meenakshi Dahiya stated, "I was on leave till now. I will comment only after seeing documents."
