Cong says PM attacked India’s cultural diversity calling oppn alliance an ‘adulteration’

NEW DELHI: With prime minister Narendra Modi dubbing the multi-party opposition alliance as “maha milawat” (adulteration), Congress accused the BJP mascot of attacking the rustic’s cultural range by way of wondering the political participation of regional events.


Senior Congress chief Ahmed Patel mentioned, “From Kolkata to Chennai, from Jammu and Kashmir to Kanyakumari – it is not known as adulteration, it is known as nation’s range. The other folks of India will teach a lesson to people who mock it out of arrogance.”


The Congress response highlighted that it will use Modi’s “mocking description” of the opposition events to corner the BJP in states on the factor of regional satisfaction. Trinamool Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, RJD, RLSP, SP, BSP, DMK, TDP are a number of the events that joined the opposition rally in Kolkata.


AICC spokesman Manish Tewari requested if Modi thinks that Atal Bihari Vajpayee government was once a “milawati” regime, regarding NDA regimes that have been multi-party coalitions. He mentioned the BJP also supported the V P Singh government as a part of coalition.


Since he started his election campaign, PM Modi has many times attacked the opposition by way of pronouncing that a coalition government would result in chaos. Earlier, Ahmed Patel had challenged the PM to declare that he would no longer try to shape the government if BJP failed to attain a majority within the coming Lok Sabha polls.
