Jhansi: A senior sub-inspector (SSI) of police posted at Rath Kotwali of Hamirpur district was once sent to lines on Wednesday after a photo showing him in saffron get dressed with a shawl inscribed ‘BJP’ and ‘lotus emblem’ went viral on social media lately.
The SP has also ordered a probe into the subject by way of circle officer (CO) Rath.
SSI Ramasre Tripathi was once transferred to Hamirpur from Chitrakoot a couple of months ago.
Hamirpur SP Hemraj Meena stated: “The SSI has been sent to lines and we're having a look into the subject. He has claimed that he was once temporarily posted on the making plans institute the place he had put at the explicit get dressed whilst acting in a play during which he had played personality of a birthday celebration leader. Further probe in underway.”
