NEW DELHI: Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal Tuesday stated the price range offered through his executive is supposed for every section of the society and asserted that the financial system of Delhi is booming at a time when different states are grappling with difficulties.
Talking to journalists after deputy leader minister Manish Sisodia offered the price range for 2019-20 within the Delhi meeting, Kejriwal stated the Aam Aadmi Party executive offered its first price range of Rs 30,000 crore which has now grown to 60,000 crore, appearing "good health" of Delhi's budget.
Kejriwal stated this is the last price range that was offered through his executive as Delhi will likely be going to polls next year.
"This budget is for everyone - rich, poor, students, teachers, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and students. We have taken care of everyone," he instructed journalists.
Kejriwal stated his executive had stopped corruption within the Delhi Jal Board which was under monetary crunch. Despite providing subsidy in water expenses, the DJB, which was under monetary crunch, is doing smartly now, he stated.
He stated that even the facility discoms, which were facing monetary issues earlier, are doing smartly despite electricity subsidy.
"Only Delhi's financial system is booming at a time when different states are grappling with issues. Delhiites are getting alternatives.
"People puzzled whether or not we would be able to run a central authority once we started however we have proved we can run a central authority. We are in a position to show BJP and Congress on run a central authority," Kejriwal instructed journalists.
Kejriwal stated Sisodia, in his price range speech, spoke about the guarantees that had been made within the manifesto, and claimed "it was the first time any party was speaking about its manifesto".
Sisodia spoke about the guarantees that have been fulfilled. He stated those that have been unfulfilled have been because of central executive's interference, he stated.
The leader minister also used the occasion to copy that the most important challenge in entrance of them has been that Delhi is a part state.
"The greatest challenge in entrance people is Delhi LG and central executive," he stated.
When puzzled why there have been no time limits mentioned for initiatives, Sisodia stated, "The deadline of the entire initiatives is 12 months. Next year we will get a new manifesto".
