HYDERABAD: A 17-year-old Intermediate student was chased and attacked with a sickle via a 19-year-old boy from her neighbourhood at Satya Nagar in Barkatpura on Wednesday morning. The girl, who suffered a couple of injuries, including a fracture on her skull, is struggling with for life at a non-public health center. Later in the day, Bharath was traced to a location on the banks of the Musi at Chaderghat. He has been booked beneath IPC Sections 307 (try to homicide) and 354D (stalking), the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) and the Arms Act.
