BOKARO: A member of Bihar-Jharkhand Special Area Committee (BJSAC) of CPI (Maoist), Balbir Mahto alias Roshan alias Charka, surrendered earlier than police in Giridih on Thursday. Mahto was once wearing a praise of Rs 25 lakh on himself and was once concerned in the killing of former Pakur SP Amarjeet Balihar.
