Making her debut at UP Congress Committee administrative center in Lucknow's Mall Avenue, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra - basic secretary in command of UP East - continued with the marathon meeting with celebration workers until Wednesday dawn. At around five:15am, she stepped out to address ready journalists and said: "I have got their views today on how structured the party is and changes that need to be made for the road ahead." These were her first remarks on ballot duties for Lok Sabha, 2019, after assuming fee in Uttar Pradesh.
